Supper clubs · London
One long table. One island menu.
Chef Sinclair hosts intimate Caribbean supper clubs across London — a shared six-course tasting menu, a room full of strangers who leave as company, and a seat held by invitation.
Caribbean cooking, shared the way it was meant to be
Caribbean food has always been communal — cooked generously, eaten together, talked over. The supper club keeps that spirit and gives it the discipline of a tasting menu: smoke, spice, tropical fruit and aged rum drawn into six precise courses, served to everyone at the same moment.
Each edition takes over a different London setting. A private home, a studio, sometimes a partner venue after service. The room is dressed low and warm, the table runs its full length, and Chef Sinclair cooks in view of the guests rather than behind a wall.
You will taste dishes such as charred octopus with cassava chips, callaloo purée and scotch bonnet oil, or blackened red snapper with coconut rice and tropical fruit salsa — familiar flavours, handled with restaurant technique.
How seats are released
Dates are announced to the mailing list first. Because the table is small, most editions fill from that list alone — joining it is the surest way to secure a seat before an evening is announced anywhere else.

Supper clubs, answered.
- What is a supper club?
- A supper club is a dinner hosted outside a restaurant — often in a private home, studio or partner venue. Guests who booked separately share one long table and the same set menu, served together course by course.
- Where in London are the dinners held?
- Locations change with each edition and sit across central and east London. The exact address is shared with confirmed guests a few days before the evening.
- How do I get a seat?
- Seats are released to the mailing list first and tend to go quickly. Join the list on the events page to receive invitations before dates are announced publicly.
- Can I come on my own?
- Absolutely. Solo guests are seated as part of the table and it is one of the easiest ways to experience the menu.
- Is the menu suitable for dietary requirements?
- Vegetarian, pescatarian and gluten-free versions of each course are prepared when noted at booking. Serious allergies are accommodated where the kitchen can do so safely.
- Can I book a private supper club?
- Yes — the same format can be hosted privately for your own guests, in your home or a venue. Send the details through the reservations page.
