Terms of service

These terms govern the use of sinthechef.com and the purchase of supper club tickets or dining services provided by Chef Sinclair (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating as a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom. By purchasing a ticket or submitting a reservation request, you agree to these terms.

• Booking limit: to maintain the communal atmosphere, bookings are limited to a maximum of 4 tickets per transaction.
• Admission: each ticket holder is issued a unique digital ticket with a scannable QR code, which must be presented at the door for entry.
• Punctuality: supper clubs begin promptly to preserve the pacing of each course. Guests arriving after service has started will join at the current course; missed courses cannot be re-served.
• Age restrictions: events featuring alcohol are strictly 18+. Proof of age may be requested at check-in.

Ticket refunds, transfers and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming and refined dining experience. We reserve the right to refuse entry or require any guest to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or compromises the safety or enjoyment of staff or other diners. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

All culinary content, photography, branding, menu descriptions and site design belong exclusively to Chef Sinclair.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
